Number Painter offers paint-by-numbers kits, including custom kits created from customer-submitted images.
- Product images are for illustration purposes only. Actual colors, materials, or packaging may vary slightly.
- Custom kits are created based on the image and options selected at checkout.
- Once a custom order enters production, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
4. Orders, Pricing & Billing
- Prices are displayed at checkout and may be shown in CAD or USD depending on your location.
- Prices, promotions, and availability are subject to change without notice.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including those that appear fraudulent or inaccurate.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions.
5. Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery timelines shown on our website are estimates only, not guarantees.
- Delays may occur due to customs, weather, carrier issues, or high order volumes.
- Once an order has shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier.
Risk of loss passes to you once the order is handed over to the shipping provider.
6. Returns & Refunds (Policy Alignment)
All returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
Key points:
- Custom paint-by-number kits are non-refundable, except in cases of damage or defect.
- Non-custom items may be eligible for return within the stated return window.
- Returned items must be unused, unstarted, and in original packaging.
By placing an order, you agree to be bound by our Refund & Return Policy.
7. Custom Image Uploads & User Content
When you upload an image to create a custom kit, you confirm that:
- You own the image or have legal permission to use it
- The image does not infringe copyright, trademark, or privacy rights
- The image does not contain illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content
You grant Number Painter a limited, non-exclusive license to use the image solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
We do not claim ownership of your images.
8. Feedback, Comments & Submissions
If you submit comments, suggestions, reviews, or other content, you agree that we may use, edit, publish, or distribute them without restriction or compensation.
We are under no obligation to maintain submissions in confidence or respond to them.

You may not use the site or its content to:

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
