Shipping Policy

At Number Painter, we want your paint-by-numbers kit to arrive smoothly and with no surprises. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

This Shipping Policy forms part of our Terms of Service.

Order Processing

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Processing time includes order verification, preparation, and packaging. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Our daily order processing cut-off time is 5:00 PM Eastern Time. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

Fulfillment Locations

Number Painter is based in Canada. We fulfill orders through our primary fulfillment facilities and trusted production partners. In some cases, if an item is unavailable at one location, your order may be shipped from an alternate fulfillment center to avoid unnecessary delays.

When orders are shipped from a different fulfillment location, delivery times may vary.

Shipping & Tracking

We work with reliable shipping carriers to deliver your order.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active.

Shipping locations and Estimated Delivery Times

We currently ship to USA, Canada, France, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, UAE and Singapore. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to location, carrier performance, customs processing, weather conditions, or peak shipping periods.

Estimated delivery times after shipment are: 12-15 business days.

Please note that delivery timelines do not include order processing time.

Duties, Taxes & Customs

Depending on your location and order value, customs duties, taxes, tariffs, or other government charges may apply. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs clearance procedures may require additional documentation and processing time and can cause delays beyond the estimated delivery timeframe. Number Painter is not responsible for customs delays or additional charges incurred upon deliver

Delivery Method

Depending on your location, your order may be delivered by a local courier service or your local postal service. Many orders are delivered with regular mail.

If you are not available at the time of delivery, the carrier may leave a notice with instructions on how and where to collect your package.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure that all delivery information provided at checkout is complete and accurate.

If any information is missing or incorrect, we may need to contact you for clarification, which could result in delays. If you contact us before your order has shipped, we will do our best to update your address. Once an order has been dispatched, address changes may not be possible.

Failed Delivery & Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • An incorrect or incomplete address
  • Failure to collect the package
  • Refusal of delivery
  • Customs clearance issues

We may contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Delays, Lost, or Missing Packages

While we work with trusted carriers, shipping delays can occasionally occur.

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

  • Check with neighbors or household members
  • Contact the shipping carrier directly

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist where possible in filing a carrier inquiry.

PO Boxes

We ship to PO Boxes in Canada and the United States where supported by the carrier.

Force Majeure

Number Painter is not responsible for shipping delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather events, natural disasters, labor disputes, customs delays, carrier disruptions, or governmental actions.

Shipping to Multiple Addresses

Each order can be shipped to one delivery address only.

If you wish to ship orders to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each destination.

Related Policies

This Shipping Policy should be read together with our Terms of Service and Refund & Return Policy. In the event of any inconsistency, the Terms of Service shall prevail.
