Refund for Social Sharing – Terms & Conditions

We love seeing your creativity and are happy to reward you for sharing your artwork. Please read the terms below carefully to understand how our refund offers work.

1. Eligibility

The refund offers are available only for:

  • Orders placed directly on Number Painter's official website
  • Customers who purchase a full Number Painter paint-by-numbers kit
  • Refund requests submitted in accordance with the steps outlined below

Each order is eligible for only one refund claim.

2. 50% Refund – Instagram Post

You are eligible for a 50% refund of the product price if:

  • You complete your painting using a Number Painter kit
  • You create one Instagram photo post clearly showing your finished artwork
  • You tag @numberpainterstore in the post caption or image
  • Your Instagram account is public at the time of posting
  • The post remains live for a minimum of 30 days
  • You submit your refund request with a valid link to the post

3. 100% Refund – Instagram Reel

You are eligible for a 100% refund of the product price if:

  • You complete your painting using a Number Painter kit
  • You create one Instagram Reel showing your painting or painting process
  • You tag @numberpainterstore in the caption and/or on-screen text
  • Your Instagram account is public at the time of posting
  • The reel remains live for a minimum of 30 days
  • You submit your refund request with a valid link to the reel

4. What Is Refunded

  • Refunds apply only to the price of the kit
  • Shipping, taxes, customs duties, or additional fees are non-refundable
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method

5. How to Claim Your Refund

To claim a refund:

  1. Complete your painting
  2. Post the photo or reel on Instagram and tag @numberpainterstore
  3. Email us at support@numberpainter.com or submit the refund form on our website with:
    • Your order number
    • Link to the Instagram post or reel
    • Instagram username used for posting

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of posting.

6. Important Conditions

  • Instagram accounts must be public during review
  • Posts must clearly feature the Number Painter kit or finished artwork
  • Content must be original and created by the purchaser
  • Content must not include offensive, misleading, or inappropriate material
  • Number Painter reserves the right to reject refund requests that do not meet these terms

7. Changes & Availability

  • Refund offers are subject to availability and may be modified or withdrawn at any time without prior notice
  • Abuse or misuse of the program may result in disqualification from future offers
